Shipping & Delivery

All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified during checkout. Orders with total weight over 149 lbs may be shipped in more than one package in order to comply with the UPS standard weight cap. Once your  order has shipped you will receive an email with your ” tracking ” information. * Custom Orders: If you are ordering wrenches with your company name, please allow 10 to 14 days delivery unless otherwise specified (customer service – 1-800-974-1556 ) ** You must contact customer service prior to placing a ” custom name brand order ”  additional charges may apply.

Returns & Replacements

Returns must be pre-authorized by a TECH7000 Customer Support Representative and include a copy of the original sales order including payment information used in the original order before a refund or credit can be issued. You may find a copy of your order by logging into your account and printing the order.

Ordering

To order online you must register for an account to be able complete your order and to access our site. If ordering by phone, you may be asked to provide the information needed for a sales representative of TECH7000 to create an account to be able to place and track your order. Creating an account is always free.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by credit card, ACH or bank transfer. All prices listed on each item in our Ecommerce Store are before tax(if applicable) or shipping. Shipping charges are added at time of checkout. Wisconsin customers are subject to sales tax unless they have filed a reseller permit or tax exemption certificate with TECH7000 prior to purchase. Any promotions or discounts offered are subject to change without notice and may expire at any time.  Quantity discounts are available on single orders totaling  $3500.00 USD or more * Please ” Contact Us ” prior to placing your order to take advantage of this promotion.

Viewing Orders

To view your past orders, current or pending orders and to re-order, you must first Register for an account with TECH7000 to be able to access your ordering, payment and shipping information.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, shipping address, or billing information, you may log in to your account to access the customer view and edit your information. In order to assure that the items that you purchase reach the correct destination without delay, we recommend that you re-check your account information prior to ordering.
