How to Measure Your Sanitary Fitting
Measure between two parallel flat faces of the hex nut — never corner to corner.
Identify the nut
Locate the hexagonal union nut on your sanitary fitting. Confirm the fitting style if possible.
Measure across flats
Use a caliper to measure the distance between two opposite, parallel flat faces of the nut.
Compare with the chart
Match the measurement to the standard nut size above and confirm the corresponding Tech7000 wrench will fit.
